Why does the NDP propose to make it easier to break up Canada ...with a mere 50% plus 1 vote in any referendum ... when the NDP’s own Constitution requires a TWO-THIRDS majority of their own dedicated NDP delegates (no opposing political ideologies/parties there!) to amend its own NDP Constitution????
