…(Chad Daniels) To quote a little Semisonic – “Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end” Time to let the cat outta the bag…today is my last show on Zed 98.9 Red Deer! I am moving on and up in Newcap Radio and coming off the air to go behind the scenes here in Red Deer, for both the Zed and KG. I wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone who has listened to my 5 year journey here at the Zed…from working evenings and weekends, hosting the All Request Zed Fest, Co-Hosting with Droc, all the way to taking over as your Afternoon Drive Host for the past 3 years! …It’s been an amazing ride! I love the Zed…it has been my favorite radio station since I was 8 years old, I was born and raised in Olds and am raising my kids in Sylvan Lake! Central Alberta will always be home so that is why today is not a goodbye, it’s a THANK YOU! \m/ Cheers!
