SEATTLEPI.COM is reporting that the lawsuit filed against porn actor RON JEREMY for sexual assault and battery, filed last FRIDAY (6/22) in KING COUNTY Superior Court in WASHINGTON State, was filed by a “Rock Girl” working for ENTERCOM Active Rock KISW/SEATTLE.  The lawsuit was filed anonymously by an individual identified as “K.B.,” but attorney ANNE BREMNER told the P.I. that KRISTIN BRODIE, the KISW “Rock Girl” first identified in DECEMBER in a DAILY BEAST article as accusing JEREMY of groping her at a promotional event at sex shop CASTLE MEGASTORE in TACOMA on SEPTEMBER 22, 2017, is the plaintiff in the civil suit.

JEREMY was one of three porn stars at the event, to which KISW sent a group of its “Rock Girls”; BRODIE alleges that she was assaulted by JEREMY (real name RONALD JEREMY HYATT) four times in the course of the day, including groping and digital penetration, while she was trying to “project happy enthusiasm on behalf of the radio station,” according to the suit.  The TACOMA City Attorney’s Office declined to bring charges against JEREMY after the initial allegations, and JEREMY, through attorney STUART GOLDFARB, has denied the allegations, and, in an interview on crosstown SINCLAIR News KOMO-A-F, called the acts “consensual,” although he denied that JEREMY digitally penetrated BRODIE.  The radio station is not a party to the lawsuit and declined comment to ALL ACCESS but told the P.I. that it supports “all victims of sexual assault and their rights to pursue legal action.”
