Puget Sound Radio just got word former LG Morning man Larry Hennessey will be joining Drex Live as his co-host this Friday from 6pm to 10pm on CKNW 980
Had to step out for dinner for most of the show, but what I’ve heard has been true radio magic!! Can’t remember the last time an entire Vancouver radio show was dedicated to nothing but radio and music discussion. So many good stories, including the ill-fated Rock101 Tom and Jerry (nee Larry) experiment. I realize that I’m biased here, but it would be great to hear Larry as a semi-regular guest on Drex Live.
I worked late last Friday and had the good fortune of tuning in NW . I was pleasantly surprised that the show was easy to listen to. Mr Hennessey is a great story teller. Have to agree with the first 3 comments it would be awesome if somehow NW could fit that kind of talent into their schedule.

No Ken, that would break the budget! Maybe Corus is seeing if there is a fit down the road for Larry.
