I’m a talent guy. I find radio stations that put the effort into finding entertaining and / or interesting people and focus on creating space for them to perform tend to leave a better impression with me. Don’t get me wrong, I like music and am just as likely as the next person to leave your station if you play a bad track, but it’s the talent that I’m really drawn to.
