Well that has everyone thinking who’s gonna fill the classic rock void in the Calgary Market now that Q107 is officially done.

Interesting…. I have a feeling now officially that 104.3 will get sold to corus and become a simulcast of cknw soon…. Like ironically soon after they switched to the breeze in the first place starting summer 2019 (only six months after the switch in the first place) they went from a practical easy listening format to one that’s more like a holding move to keep that frequency active while waiting for a buyer to show up with an offer for the station to be sold or even a government funded bailout….
It seemed that XL 103 was playing a little heavier music the first week back after Christmas, and then blammo, they played Paul Janz. Won’t make that mistake again! Lol
