Walter Ulloa, Chairman and CEO of Entravision Communications, died from a sudden heart attack on Dec. 31, the company announced today. He was 74 years old. Entravision’s board has appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Chris Young as Interim CEO effective immediately.
