CKPA 89.7 “THE ONE” PONOKA IS ON THE AIR TESTING
Blackgold Broadcasting has signed 1,000 watt CKPA 89.7 “The One” in Ponoka, Alberta on the air in test mode. Official launch date will be September 27th. The format is “90’s to now” Country joining “The One” sister stations CJLD 93.1 in Leduc and CKSS 88.1 in Stony Plain. Ponoka is about 60 miles (96 km’s) south of Edmonton.
