Sean Penn will not return to the set of his new show “Gaslit” until the entire cast and crew have received COVID-19 vaccinations, the star’s representative confirmed to CNN on Friday.
Penn plays the role of Attorney General John Mitchell in the political drama, which is a modern-day take on the Watergate scandal. Julia Roberts portrays John’s wife Martha in the show, which is due to air on Starz later this year.
Deadline reported on Thursday that Penn issued the ultimatum because the 60-year-old star was not satisfied with the vaccination requirements imposed by NBCUniversal, the studio behind his latest production.

Prima donna stars like Sean Penn believe everyone must think, believe and act as they do. He is far past his freshness date.
Saw a want ad this week stating, “need up to date vaccines” in the job description. Where will they stop if this isn’t challenged. A very dangerous slippery slope.
If Penn is footing the bill, which the article suggests, he has every right to make this demand. It’s a liability issue plain and simple. If someone got covid on the set, and it was shown there were unvaxxed employees, Penn would be sued big time.

Your point is illogical. Do we test for influenza vaccines each year (BTW those are actual vaccines unlike the mRNA injections which are not vaccines)? Has Penn ever demanded all staff be vaxxed for influenza? Covid 19 has a case fatality rate of typical to that of the annual influenza case fatality rates.
Nobody can prove where anyone gets Covid 19, so no laws suits would likely stand. One can assume where they caught Covid 19 but not prove it as so. You’re pandering in fear and it’s all now so sickening some 17 months in to this crap.
Covid 19 has been by the WHO delisted as an actual pandemic for many months now, about a year if I recall correctly.
There are thousands of variants now and not just the Delta one. It is what viruses do. The Delta variant is said by numerous health authorities to be, more contagious (how they know is ???) but much less lethal. Prominent symptoms now for it are akin to a strong Cold. Even contagion rates are NOT spiking in most/all places anywhere as bad as the original strains did earlier this year. There are numerous covid 19 tracking websites to back up my point here.
BTW no PCR tests can tell us what variant of covid 19 one has. In fact they can’t tell if you have covid 19 or the Flu and as such these tests are now being withdrawn globally forte failures they are.
It is also looking more and more as if vaxxed people are catching covid 19 and getting more ill from it as compared to unvaxxed. Stats are beginning to show us this, but the media and bureaucratic shills lie to cover it up.
