I’m sure that this “ethnic” station’s management has researched the name “Radio One” so as not to confuse its name with another well established network.
Mind you, the two will probably be indistinguishable since they both feature “ethnic” sounding names that are phonetically unpronounceable in the English language.
With all this apparent rush to “ethnic” stations, Is there another niche market that is being overlooked by someone? A news/talk/information station featuring and reporting about un-hyphenated Canadians?
One that does NOT have annoying commercials every few minutes? I would actually listen to it.
