Dear all,
We have taken the very difficult decision to postpone the BCAB 73rd Annual Conference due to the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19. This decision was taken after close monitoring of the rising global risk assessment by the World Health Organization and of the increasing number of travel restrictions.
We recognize the need to care for the health and welfare of our participants and of the host community. This need along with the State of Emergency declared by the Province of BC and the ban of mass gatherings of 50 or more people, this is the right decision at this time.
As we continue to monitor the situation, we will explore all options for postponement and updates will be provided as soon as they are available. At this time we hope to host our next conference in spring 2021.
