  1. Wow! I agree, haven’t seen that much of a switch around in the Edmonton market so sometime. Yes, Christmas music played a big part in the Breeze success, none the less, they take the prize. Interesting to see their sister station in Vancouver is practically in the basement and shows no sign of gaining any traction. The bosses should have left LG104 alone, it was doing fine and growing… Edmonton is another story altogether. That was some fire cracker, indeed!

  2. Afternoon guy graham hatch on vancouvers version of breeze is gone. Simona now host from noon-7. Rumour has it for a long time for a format flip to urban/r&b/ hip hop before years end.

  3. If 104.3 is to servive you might want to ask the RADIO Audience what they really feel about Black Music or R and B. Look at the History when Black artists came here in the 1950’s and were shunned away from playing here. Do you honestly think that our new generation would take a new format as suggested. With the many INTERNET stations you’re able to receive, what for?
Our Broadcast neighbours to the south in Seattle are everything we will never be because of the limits that the CRTC dictates to the Canadian Broadcast spectrum. Give it up! If you want some real selection, remember you have thrown out a complete demographic of listeners who buy everything from Fancy Cars, Homes, Take Trips and enjoy their retirement. Why did you ever erase them from your audiences!!! Wake up and stop using a Cable company to. try and run a radio Station when all they care about are subscribers to TV Shows that are all American in the First Place. Why don’t you buy Baseball Caps from a US team and re-sow them in china. Let’s show everyone the real Canadian way of doing BUSINESS!!!
