Ted made the announcement himself:

As most of you know, I came out of semi-retirement last September to return to radio news full time at AM 1150 in Kelowna.

Now the update.

As of August 1st, I’ve been appointed News Director of AM 1150 and as of August 6th, I take over as the newscaster on the AM 1150 Early Edition with Phil Johnson.

Apparently I’m all the way back in the radio business and happy about it.
