Hifi Salutes: Red Robinson -An Oldie, but a Goody!

Red Robinson was the first Canadian disc jockey to play rock and roll music in Vancouver, B.C. At the age of 16, he started working at radio station CJOR and was one of the first DJs to play Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly.

  1. That control board was so simple to operate but got the job done. When you see todays consoles you’d think the op was mixing a 64 track recording instead of watching levels on two sound sources.
