The red pill and its opposite, the blue pill, are popular cultural symbols representing the choice between:
Knowledge, freedom and the (sometimes painful) truth of reality (red pill)
Falsehood, security and the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue pill)
The terms, popularized in science fiction culture, are derived from the 1999 film The Matrix. In the film, the main character, Neo, is offered the choice between a red pill and a blue pill. The red pill would allow him to escape from the Matrix into the real world, but living the “truth of reality” is harsher and more difficult. On the other hand, the blue pill would lead him to stay in the Matrix, a simulated comfortable world.
CNN staff just laughs about it, the subverting of a sitting President and as such IMO the sedition towards the nation. But IMO this stuff could be any of the MSM in the USA and in the western world.
Leftist elites want to use all means to bring the western developed world down as liberty, free(er) market values, general capitalism, personal responsibility and general western values are a threat to these Marxist-elitist perverts. They will find, shape, brainwash, lie to any fool, any dupe or stooge to see their non-western cause/ideal to push this agenda forward. But to better guarantee for what they feel as success will be, requires the tearing down of the USA.
The USA is the only nation of note that has power to stop this and is a nation like no other in how it was founded and how it governs itself. No other nation has rights enshrined as birth rights or rights from god. The USA is the only one that denies government the power to take constitutional rights away (though many inside the USA try to). All other nations, at least those which have influence are nations where governments (as in Canada for one) give rights. If a government can give rights, it can take them away as we currently see being tried in Canada with Commie cuck Trudeau.
The leftist, globalist elites hate the USA as it has what may be seen as divine rights and the power to uphold them. Attacking the USA from inside is their goal. The degenerates in MSM, Hollywood and government bureaucracy, public to university education either want this or are fool enough to be stooges for it all. THEY MUST FAIL!

Which is exactly why I don’t watch the news on TV anymore. When I want to know what’s really going on (and not what CBC, CNN, MSNBC, etc. create out of thin air for their political bosses), I’ll check out WND, Newsbusters, Canada Free Press and other outlets that actually tell the truth.
It will be interesting to see if Trump takes down CNN. They definitely have to do a full-scale revamp with firings to gain any respectability. I can see Time Warner calling the shots for a while before everything goes down the tank.
