Seattle’s KPLZ 101.5 Flips to A/C

- After flipping to an all-CHRISTMAS format back in NOVEMBER (NET NEWS 11/18), SINCLAIR MEDIA Hot AC KPLZ (STAR 101.5)/SEATTLE returned to the airwaves at midnight on MONDAY (12/26) with a new Mainstream AC sound playing, “TODAY’s BEST MIX AND THROWBACKS!” The station will continue using the well-established STAR 101.5 brand.
  
  In addition to playing recurrent hits from artists like JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, ELLE KING, MAROON 5 and MEGHAN TRAINOR, STAR 101.5 has also thrown some classics from previous decades into the mix including big hits like ROXETTE “Must Have Been Love,” NATASHA BEDINGFIELD “Unwritten,” COLDPLAY “Clocks” and BRYAN ADAMS “Summer Of ’69”
