“We are excited to provide the community of Strathmore with its very own
local FM radio service” says Paul Larsen, President of Clear Sky Radio. “A locally originating radio station is a natural progression to complement the significant population increases and growth experienced in the local business community in recent years” adds Larsen. “The local news and community content we will broadcast will truly benefit the residents of Strathmore and smaller nearby rural communities.”

It is anticipated the new station will launch by late 2015. Clear Sky Radio is one of Western Canada’s leading independent regional broadcasting companies. It operates radio stations CJOC-FM and CKBD-FM in Lethbridge, AB and CJCY-FM Medicine Hat, AB. Clear Sky Radio was also recently awarded a new FM service to serve Cranbrook and the East Kootenay Region of British Columbia expected to launch in Spring 2015.
