Great show…this was April 1st and part of a April fools promotion, the announcers walked out on strike and picketed the station while Rod and some of his old announcer friends did the air shifts ….later that day we all had a party hosted by Rod and Sharon Steven. This was my first day at CKGY and I heard the news about the strike on the air while driving down from St Paul. We enjoyed some fantastic radio hosted by some of the legends of our time
