Former Vancouver broadcaster Marty Forbes, now living in Edmonton, is recovering in hospital following a snowmobile accident where he suffered five broken ribs and a bruised lung. The 52-year media veteran launched CKKS-FM Vancouver in 1983 as PD after flipping the format at CJAZ-FM and was PD at CISL Vancouver 1990-91. Facebook Posting
