Sniff ‘n’ the Tears is a British rock band best known for their 1979 song “Driver’s Seat“, a hit in many countries (including No. 15 on the American Billboard Hot 100 chart). Roberts, a noted painter, is also responsible for painting all of the band’s album covers.

  1. Driver’s Seat is one of the most underrated songs of the late 1970’s. Simply a pop/rock song of near perfection.

  2. I agree with Les. A great piece of music – captures the best of pop/rock with a solid beat and amazing background harmony.
