Seattle-Tacoma: Movin Right Along

Nothin’ to see here, folks. HUBBARD Top 40/M KQMV (MOVIN 92.5) was – once again – the runaway 6+ leader (6.6-6.5). Its older cluster sister – HUBBARD AC KRWM (WARM 106.9) was up to #2 (5.3-5.3) while iHEARTMEDIA Classic Rock KZOK advanced three spaces to #3 with its best performance since OCTOBER (4.5-5.1). UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON N/T KUOW slipped to #4 with its lowest share since SEPTEMBER (5.5-4.8). It was joined by BONNEVILLE Talk KIRO-F, which slipped from #2 with its least productive outing since JUNE (6.0-4.8). ENTERCOM Active Rock KISW stepped down to #6 (4.9-4.6). The leap o’ the month went to ENTERCOM AC KSWD (94.1 THE SOUND). It leapt from a tie at #14 to #7 as it got back most of its HOLIDAY share (3.2-4.5). It was tied with ENTERCOM Alternative KNDD (107.7 THE END) (4.3-4.5).

The top five 25-54 stations remained frozen in time. KQMV was up slightly at #1 while KISW was flat at #2. KUOW repeated at #3 though it gave up all of last month’s increase. KRWM was at #4 again but with its lowest mark since NOVEMBER. KNDD ended up at #5 again with a slight increase. It was a good month for the two Country stations. ENTERCOM Country KKWF (100.7 THE WOLF) was up three places to #6 with a slight increase. Close behind was HUBBARD Country KNUC (98.9 THE BULL), which had its best rodeo since SEPTEMBER as it charged up seven slots to a tie at #7.

KQMV just missed hitting double digits 18-34 for the second straight survey. That said, the station was still a dominant #1. KISW remained at #2 despite returning most of last month’s big increase. KNDD repeated at #3 with a small loss. KZOK stepped up to #4 with a slight increase while KUOW dipped to #5 with its lowest score since AUGUST. KRWM went from #10 to #6 as it got back a good portion of last month’s loss. ENTERCOM Rhythmic AC KHTP (HOT 103.7) slid to #7 as it returned most of last survey’s huge increase.

The top three 18-49 stations gave encore performances. KQMV was up slightly at #1 while KISW was off slightly at #2. KRWM came back as the #3 station again with a small loss. KNDD was up to #4 with a slight increase while KUOW slipped to #5 as it gave back all of last month’s increase. KHTP dropped to #7 with its smallest share since AUGUST.
