I have to say I am not really surprised that Kiss is down so much. I have listened to a few stations that have flipped to the kiss branding and I know in Winnipeg the station is starting to sound a lot like Virgin or Fresh or even the Toronto or Ottawa Kiss. But the biggest fault and I am sure its the same in Calgary is the on air talent are better suited for CBC or QM-FM or something along those lines. I like seeing Jack also slip, means maybe changes will be made soon. UP and XL are gaining some of the lost listeners of Kiss. It is nice seeing Q107 and X92.9 gain listeners. CJAY is losing more which to me is a surprise that Q107 is doing much better then CJAY. I just hope a station like the Peak gets better. I love the idea of the station but the ratings are not doing well at all. Maybe they will need to tweak the format to be comparable to the one in Vancouver to be more successful.

Those CHPKFM ratings are also pretty darn funny.
Until the Peak gets serious about their music, on air and promo..they’ll be sitting dead last in the FM world. It’s just not a good station, it really isn’t..in every aspect.
