Several hit singles over the years have been re-made into Christmas classics. Most notable of these is “Snoopy and the Red Baron” by Floridian band The Royal Guardsmen. The Tractors “Baby Likes to Rock it (in a Boogie woogie Choo-Choo Train)” is another example. With the success of “The Monster Mash”, I gather that Bobby Boris Picket decided to ride this one through from Halloween clear to Christmas! Heck, with the trajectory the All-Christmas format has been taking in the past decade, I can invision some station throwing this one on November 1st at midnight
