I totally get that running a radio station with its ... what was it? 20 percent profit margin... can be a challenge for some programmers... but do you really need to accept EVERY 30 second spot?
yikes.

Angry listeners of the Spanish-language radio station La Mega on Wednesday flooded the Daily News with complaints about a phony free vacation scam.
"I'm afraid that I have also been stiffed," wrote Annie Torres of the Bronx. "I'm appalled."
The 97.9 FM listeners told remarkably similar stories to that of Gabriela Carmona of Queens, who is suing the station and All Star Vacations in Manhattan Federal Court.
Instead of a free trip to an exotic Caribbean resort, Carmona and the other victims were told to pay a hefty "administrative fee" - then informed that the vacation didn't include air fare.
Angelina Velez said the contest sounded like manna from heaven for her struggling middle-class family. It turned out to be a nightmare.
"I am sure that there are many more people who have been fooled by this bait-and-switch scheme," Velez said.
The station says the contest was actually an ad. All Star Vacations didn't return calls for comment.
