For anyone who is interested, I'll be on Urban Rush (Shaw Ch. 4) with Mike and Fiona tonight and tomorrow night (Sept. 29-30) at 5:00, 7:00, 11:00, and 1:00 AM, as well as Oct. 1, 2, 3, and 6 at 12:00 noon. The folks over at Urban Rush are real pros, and made the whole experience fun.

Thanks for the heads-up about you appearing on the lower mainland edition of Urban Rush, problem here on the island, UR on Victoria's Shaw seems to be running a week or so behind.... can you clue us in as to when the show will be seen here?

Swamp, I'll try and figure out when it'll be shown on the Island.
While in Beijing, I had the chance to spend some time with comedian Rick Mercer (The Mercer Report, This Hour Has 22 Minutes). I'll be on "The Mercer Report" on CBC-TV tonight at 8:00, replayed again same time Friday night. In this segment, I teach Rick how to swim blind. The guy is a great entertainer, who has the keen ability to "turn it on" when the cameras are rolling. I must say he didn't seem to appreciate my attempts at being the funny man!

I heard that Rick injured himself in the pool while taping the segment.. Ill be watching!

I caught you Donovan at 11:20 last night. You are a proud Canadian. I loved the interview.
