Sorry to hear via Gord Lansdell at his Northwest Broadcasters site that J.J. McColl died Tuesday night Sept. 23, believed to be about 72 years old.

Thanks to Gord Lansdell at his Northwest Broadcasters website. we are told that two Celebrations of Life have been planned for Vancouver broadcaster J.J. McColl (Joanne Humphrey) who died September 23.  
The first, taking place on November 16, is for family and closest friends and expected attendance has reached the limit of allowable space.  
The second will take place Sunday, December 21 in the 8th floor PAL (Performing Arts Lodge) Theatre, 581 Cardero Street, Vancouver beginning at 1:00 p.m.
