According to the station website, CFPW-FM 95.7 in Powell River is due to sign on Wednesday morning (Aug. 27) around 10 a.m.  Vista Radio has permission to flip its current CHQB AM 1280, to FM, although the first frequency requested, 94.1 MHz was disallowed.  Approval to use 95.7 was issued in a CRTC decision released last November 1.

Let's see...FM 95.7 is signing on around 10AM today....Do you think it just might be, and this is a really off the wall guess,  9:57 AM (no pun intended on the AM vs FM).
