news cheker sources tell us about the 'internal' job posting:

'NEWS ANCHOR for 6:30 and 11.'  

The company usually post internally before going public. Scott Fee and Jennifer Crosby will still be co-anchoring with Julie Nolin doing inserts into the show as well as late night.  Looks like Julie is sticking around until October until they fill this new anchor position.

We've also heard there were some layoffs in the commercial production department.

Rumour also is that Kim Emerson might be moving on. That would be a big big loss if it turns out to be true.

Will there be anyone left to turn the lights off?   Canwest should put this type of bleeding out of its misery - sell it to someone who'll make it whole again - stop the Monopoly game - that's all it is.

For the last few days I've heard Kim Emerson doing news on JACK FM Victoria PM drive show!
not sure if this a permanent thing or if this is what the poster was alluding to?
