Can someone answer me this...what is the connection with the "ER" highlighted in blue in all of Bell's advertisements.  Words like "bettER" "fastER" all have their "ER" in blue?

As an aside, I miss Frank and Gordon, the Bell beavers.  Say beaver ends in "ER", why not bring them back and incorporate that fact in their return.

Or maybe they should've gone the Kokanee route and launched http://www.beaversliveordie.ca and let the public decide over a six month period.

I think the 'er' is to reflect that everyone is a something-er

Like a texter, a caller, a surfer, a dialer.

Things must have been interesting around the boardroom table that came up with this.

I have to give Bell kudos for the classic Re-Brand Font Change.  Anytime you change the lettering on a company, everything changes.  Overnight Bell is now a different company with a different vision and focus.  They are Not BELL...they are now BELL.

Just like when Kentucky Fried Chicken changed to just KFC - deep fried meat just got healthier.
