I pulled this off of the 660News website at 2:20 this afternoon...surprised no one has caught and corrected the two errors yet.

Police search for muder weapon
August 12, 2008 - 12:30 pm
660News Staff

Calgary Police are scouring through garages delivered to a southeast Landfill in search of a murder weapon.

24-year-old Sarah Nicole Rae was found dead in a Marlborough Park townhouse on Sunday, August 3rd. Now, officers will be going through trash collected from the northeast neighbourhood in hopes of finding what her attacker may have used to kill her.

Police are also asking residents in Marlborough Park to look carefully in their yards, in case they find something out of place, because it could be the discarded murder weapon.

The street-hardened crime reporters at 660NEWS are on the case, while all the cops can do is round up the usual garages looking for a muderer.

Fits with 660News on air mispronunciation and stumbling over every second word. They have called the district of Bowness, "Bonus" more than once!!!!

For all of you who whine about 660 News, you certainly spend a lot of time listening to it and visiting their website.

Even well-respected newspaper editors will miss a spelling mistake from time.  Why jump on 660 for it?
