Companies aren't big on a so called 'Code of Ethics', why should employees? She worked there for what, a year? She owes them nothing. Traffic isn't exactly an intellectually challenging job.

Rob Christie's decision to go and work with Pat Cardinal means Shannon will be stepping into the void. She's pretty familiar with the crew and is well suited to radio. I think her personality comes across much better on radio than it did on television. I never did think she looked all that comfortable standing in front of a traffic board. Radio gives her a better chance to have some fun.
