The latest numbers from BBM Nielsen Media Research confirm that, when it comes to getting their daily news, Canadians turn to Lloyd Robertson and Canada's most experienced news team, CTV has announced. Throughout the 2007-2008 season, CTV's flagship newscast CTV National News with Lloyd Robertson has outperformed both Global National and the CBC's The National.
This season, CTV National News with Lloyd Robertson has attracted 14% more viewers than Global National (Monday to Sunday) and ranks first in the key advertising demographics of Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54.
