CBC Radio is celebrating BC's 150th anniversary by broadcasting from the Royal BC Museum tomorrow and Saturday. This year is also the tenth anniversary of CBC Radio in Victoria.

During the visit, CBC's 150th Face-Off pits celebrity debators arguing for the province's greatest moments and contributions to the world of books, music, sports and politics.

On the Island kicks off festivities with a live broadcast at the Museum tomorrow from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Guests include the Times Colonist's managing editor Lucinda Chodan and climate change expert Andrew Weaver. All Points West airs from the Museum beginning at 4 p.m. tomorrow with a program that includes a discussion of how the advent of EBay has changed the face of museums.

Sheryl MacKay brings her North-by-Northwest show to the Museum Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Scheduled guests include the local Celtic duo of Quinn and Qristina Bachand and the Royal BC Museum's project manager Tim Willis. Saturday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Mark Forsythe broadcasts his BC Almanac show. For more information call 360-2227.
