February 21, 2008

Fifteen of the Toronto Blue Jays' spring-training games will be available as radio broadcasts on bluejays.com, beginning with Detroit Tigers-Jays on Feb. 29.

Ten of those games will be carried on the Jays' radio network. The club's radio flagship station, The Fan 590 in Toronto, will carry eight of the 15 broadcasts, starting with Jays-Tampa Bay Devil Rays on March 1.

Jerry Howarth, Alan Ashby and Mike Wilner will provide the play by play.

Three spring training games will be televised. CITY-TV in Toronto will air the Cincinnati Reds-Jays game on March 2. Rogers Sportsnet will carry Jays-Philadelphia Phillies on March 28 and TSN will have Jays-Phillies March 29.
