Bill O'Reilly Named 'Favorite News Personality' In New Poll

In a new Harris Poll, FNC's Bill O'Reilly tops the list of "favorite news and current affairs personalities" in America. O'Reilly garnered 23% of the vote, followed by ABC's Charlie Gibson and CNN's Anderson Cooper (each with 17%).

Rounding out the top group of faves: NBC's Brian Williams (16%) and Tim Russert (13%), and CBS' Katie Couric and Mike Wallace (each with 13%).

And how about the top 'least favorite' vote-getters? Rush Limbaugh leads that list, at 42%, followed by O'Reilly (23%), CNN's Larry King (19%) and Nancy Grace (17%), and Couric (16%).

Billo? I think I shall now become VERY VIOLENTLY ill.

Isn't it interesting that O'Reilly gets 23% in BOTH categories? No argument on the "Least Likable" side:
Rush, everyone's guilty pleasure, no surprise of course.  Larry deserves it because he abticated the probing techinique that got him where he is today, long ago.  Nancy Grace is a cartoon, and Katie?  Any news anchor that publicly professes not know who Super Delegates are...well...  For my money, Tim Russert deserves top prize for the category of "favorite news and current affairs personalities"  As for Bill?  Always entertaining and thought provoking.

By the way,why is there such ANGER at any right-wing thinking?  It seems a scientific corollary that, to anyone on the Superior Left, most Conservative thinkers are a bunch of war-mongering, racist, evangelical dunderheads.  Sorry, but intelligent thought and common sense are not just exclusive to the progressives.  There are idiots on both sides, but the conservative thinkers don't scare me. The Left does.

Actually, after having perused a number of posts on this board, I would venture to guess that the majority here are right-wingers.
Nothing wrong with that.  But there have been plenty of barbs going both ways, that's for sure!
