VANCOUVER - B.C.-based author Eckhart Tolle's latest book, A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose, is Oprah Winfrey's latest book club selection.

Tolle is the author of the New York Times bestseller, The Power of Now, which the famed talk show host calls one of the most valuable books she's ever read.

The bestselling author will also be hosting 10 live webcast classes based on the teachings of the book, on Oprah.com

The spiritual teacher and author, who was born in Germany, has lived in Vancouver since 1995.
