Flipping through last night before bed, and caught Karen K. from The Fox,  delivering the weather on CBC news!! What's up with that? Corus paying so little these days, that the personalities have to moonlight for the government?

She was at CTV moved to CBC.  

Why do you assume she's making nothing and needs to moonlight to feed herself?  

Can't someone broaden their fields of experience without shots being fired by the anonymous?

Foxman does mornings on CFUN and 6p sports on CBC.
I do drive on Crave, have numerous web interestes and write for 24hrs.
Joe Leary does drive on CFUN and writes for just about every print outlet in the province.
I've seen more than a few local jocks working as actors in tv commercials, the anchors play anchors in tv shows and movies.

Bill Good does the NW gig and the CTV gig.  You're not going to try and tell me he needs to moonlight to pay the strata fees on his Coal Harbour condo, are you?

I am a full time radio presenter and DJ at a couple night clubs for diaper money.

I think it is WAY better for Karen AND CFOX and Todd Hancock to have one of their star presenters on multple platforms.  It might take someone who *thinks* they are not a CFOX fan a chance to have an in and explore the station.

Yeah, what's she thinking... bringing her profile to another crowd like that? An obvious mistake.
