I haven't tackled the onerous chore of trying to hear Team 1040 here in Victoria, but the C-FAX radio broadcast of the Lions vs. Montreal is 10-12 seconds behind TSN's pictures, which themselves must be satellite delayed.

Sure takes the juice out of the old radio promo to "turn down the TV sound & listen to OUR great play-by-play team."

Try squinting, or plugging one ear,  maybe the sound will catch up.

I tried that Kahuna.  I made up a few seconds on the delay, but couldn't synchronize with the TV.  Any other suggestions?

Maybe someone is considering a money making project.  At the University of Michigan stadium in Ann Arbor, one can purchase an eaRadio that allows you to pick up signal broadcast within the stadium on a special frequency that rebroadcasts a local radio broadcast without a delay.  At this point, with the Wolverines 0-2 at home so far this season, I wonder if sales will drop off.....

.....or they'll start broadcasting a different game.....

From what I've heard CHUM is not using a dish to deliver the broadcast anymore.  It's buffered over the internet.  Hense the delay. Gotta save the money after all.
