FAME FOR BRUCE HOGLE Bruce Hogle, long, long time news director at CFRN-TV (now CTV Edmonton) is to be inducted into the Canadian Association of Broadcaster's Hall of Fame this coming November. Long retired, but still highly active, Bruce will be joining some great Edmontonian broadcasters who share that honour - ITV (now Global Edmonton) founder Dr. Charles Allard, legendary CHED station manager Jerry Forbes, CFRN-TV founder Dr. Dick Rice, CHQT (now Cool 880) founder Lew Roskin and CFCW/CKRA-FM founder Hal Yerxa. Congratulations Bruce. A fitting tribute to an all-community career. courtesy of Hicks on Six |
