I lived in Regina in the mid 70's and Hart was very popular.  I remember him well.

Hart was hired by the late David M. Armstrong of CKDA/CFMS (Golden Sound Radio) Victoria, British Columbia, as Operations Manager of CKDA in 1965...

I too lived in Regina in the 70's (actually started working at CKCK Radio in 78 or so).  CJME was THE station to listen to back then if you were a teenager!.

I worked at CKCK in 1980.CJME sounded good with Hart in the am and Jerry Steen in the pm.
