I realize this is really turning back the hands of time, but many years ago 96.5 KXRX was a twin of KISW and played Album Rock.  Then they suddenly switched format.  Whatever happened?  I heard they fired the PD.  Ratings problems?

Also, I sometimes hear people refer to the Seattle radio market as a "fragmented market".  What is meant by fragmented?  Too much competition for too little ad revenue?

Vancouver over Anaheim in 6!
