Help me understand--(I'm not in the industry)--except for the Zone, share is up for all stations over the last book. Does that mean more people overall are listening to the radio or that those who are listening are switching from Vancouver/Seattle stations to the local ones?

Anyway, it's good to see KOOL continue to battle its way back from obscurity with a modest increase in share but a drop in overall listeners.

Aiming for a great 2010

Again the Q had a very strong book as did CFAX, however I am surprised to see that KOOL really didn't do much of anything.  Looks like they might be celebrating at the Ocean.

We've been listening to CBC in the mornings in the last few months...we switched over from NW when Frosty left and everything went downhill.  So that's moving from a Vancouver station to a Victoria one.  Don't know how much of a factor NW's demise might have been for the upswing in the books for local stations.
