I had the unfortunate experience to travel from the Tsawwassan ferry terminal to Hope via the Ladner trunk road on my recent vacation.   While I was stopped in traffic, and I do mean stopped, I tuned to all-traffic-radio 730 but there was no mention of this blockage.  Considering that this construction appeared to be a daily event, one would think that this would be a "must watch" area.   As a side note, why do Vancouverites put up with such awful roads?   How does anybody live there?    

If its a daily event, why would it be a must watch?  Wouldn't that  be like watching paint dry?  I think locals just figure it into the drive time.  

Wondering when the Satellite players might start adding major Canadian cities to their list.

XM offers all traffic channels for most major U-S cities.
