Google's Dennis Hwang comes up with some pretty interesting specialty logos for the site; the "doodles", as they're called, are used to draw attention to specific holidays and other special days.  Here's today's effort:



A couple of frantic people wrote in to alert Les Googlebots that Dennis had forgotten the "L".  

Egad!

Google PR says the green stalk on the chocolate-dipped strawberry is the "L".

Phew!
